Caroline has worked as a qualitative research specialist for over 25 years. Having worked for a number of research agencies, she is now an independent consultant.
Caroline has worked with many clients such as American Express, FINCA, Hanover Re, NatWest, Biogen Idec, Braun, Breil, Citibank, Clearstream, Disneyland Paris, Dr Oetker, Elli Lilly, Elsevier, Glaxo Smith Kline, Guerlain, Hill’s, HP, Hugo Boss, IBM, Kellogg’s, Kingston University, L’Oreal, Mappin & Webb, Mars, Mondelez, Qualcomm, Rank, SC Johnson, Sony Music, The Walt Disney Company, and Walt Disney World.
Caroline taught the qualitative module on the University of Westminster’s MA/MSc Applied Market and Social Research from 2006 to 2009. Over the years she has led a number of sessions for the Association of Qualitative Researchers, the Market Research Society and ESOMAR. She currently leads the qualitative module on the Research Academy’s MRS Diploma.
Caroline is a Certified Member of the Market Research Society. She holds a BA in Business Management and English from the University of Nancy, a BA in Psychology from the Open University, and an MA in Creativity and Change Leadership from the State University of New York.
Caroline enjoys nature, walking, hiking, and rowing. She is passionate about people’s wellbeing and contributes to a number of volunteer enterprises. She is also well-known for being a Western addict.
